What a Party!

Leanne Kleinmann sure knows how to give a party! The launch party for the new Memphis skirt! at Elfo's last night was amazing! Besides the decor and refreshments and participation of the artsy Chickasaw Oaks merchants, it was fun to get to know a few of the skirt! staff here, as well as some of the featured creative Memphis women. Driving to the party I saw a skirt! billboard by a bus stop. The whole day and evening were charged with excitement. What fun to be a part of this! http://wwwpenandpalette-susancushman.blogspot.com/

We are loving skirt in Columbus, GA! We keep up to date with atlanta and Savannah. I have been spreading it around work! It has really put some spirit in the ladies here! Any talk about starting one in columbus? much love! ~Everyone can leave a print on the world what will yours be?

I have to say, I haven't found any local publication with essays like these! I've caught myself chuckling out loud reading "For What It's Worth" and "Riding the Radio Waves." GREAT stuff!!! All of the essays have such interesting perspectives and I can't wait for next month's copy! Thanks again Skirt! for allowing this opportunity for women writers! Reshama High

I was actually on Skirt.com when the color changed to purple and titles starting reassembling themselves and it was all so exciting! (That's my exciting life at midnight!) There is a lot of great content here -- this month's muse is an amazing writer, Nikki and Kelly and all the bloggers have a great new perspective to share -- I'm looking forward to all the additions!
