Biography

I live in Memphis with my husband of 37 years and my cat of 19 years! Our three grown children are in the Army, Air Force, and architecture grad school. I'm a convert to Orthodox Christianity. My writing reflects my spirituality and my secular side. Two of my essays have been published in skirt! and one in First Things, a religious publication. A fourth essy will be published online by the Santa Fe Writers Project this spring. I love skirt's diversity and artistic quality!
